If your headset/speakers/headphones do not have a tick beside them (to confirm they are the default device) then set this by clicking Set Default towards the bottom of the window If they are still not showing you may need to install the applicable driver which will be on a disk which came with the headset/speakers/headphones or can usually be found on the manufacturer’s website) (If your headset or speakers/headphones are not showing, then close the Sound window, ensure you have plugged them in correctly, then re-open the Sound window.
